QUESTION:
My computer security does not like the way this site has its security set up. It indicates that security for ACOP is set up for one web site and the registration is under a different Web site.
I am very excited about your article in Woman's World expecially the opportunity to take survey's for cash. Most of them only offer $1 to $2. To get to the $800 quoted in the article Would have me working 24/7. Any hints.
ANSWER:
I've been a member of American Consumer Opinions for about 7 years now and find them to be a reliable company. Not certain why your computer doesn't "like" their website. Perhaps they have someone designs their work for them which would explain the dual registration?
I've listed out my all-time favorite survey companies on my Survey facts page http://freebiemoms.blogspot.com/2009/10/great-gift-idea.html - try the link there for ACO.
There's a lot more than $1-$2 to be made from survey companies. Key to earning is to stay with the companies (the more "rep" you build, the better offers that come your way) and to fill out the screeners for future opportunities. You don't have to work 24/7.
However, as the article says, my earning isn't just based on working with survey companies. I also mystery shop, ebay, swap, blog, write how-to's, etc. etc. Diversification and trying out new opportunities keeps the money flowing. Here's more detail about some of the areas I've just mentioned: http://freebiemoms.blogspot.com/2009/03/work-at-home-job-facts-online-surveys.html and of course, you'll find a lot of information in my book, too. Check your local library to read it for free :)
On top all that, consider how much you can save each month, too. I have a basic philosophy, "a dollar saved is a dollar you don't have to earn." This has kept our budget plentiful. Frugal and eco-living doesn't have to mean doing without, it just means doing better with what you have or need to have. You'll find a lot of tips on how to get you started here: http://freebiemoms.blogspot.com/2009/10/money-saving-topics.html
Also, stay on top of daily topics, freebies, contests, and so on at Rural Mom http://www.ruralmom.com/ or feel free to sign up for my news letter. I often share new info as I find it on both of these resources.
Try these areas out. Check back with me in a few weeks, I'd love to hear how you are doing and will be happy to answer any questions, head you in new directions, and so forth.
